Our stay was simple, easy and comfortable. Most importantly, you allow dogs. The location was great and easy to access from 95 (highway). Having the various restaurants and stores within walking distance, along with a dog park nearby, made our stay very easy.

Very friendly staff. Everyone loved our two medium sized dogs. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 dogs in the 2 queen room. Front of the hotel it's a green fenced grass area for pets to relive themself. I love that, Aloft doesn't charge for pets.

Room was clean. Staff was really helpful throughout the entire trip. Location was great as well, nice walking areas and nearby many stores and restaurants.

The staff was welcoming at the desk during check-in, we were only staying overnight so we were not here for very long. The attached garage was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived and departed. The room are on the small side but comfortable with the way they are setup.

It was very comfortable and clean. The pool was out of order, so they called a sister hotel and asked if we could use their pool. This made my daughter (4yr old) so happy! They dried our swim suites when we were done and were so caring -- making sure we had everything we wanted. Thanks so much!

location and staff were phenomenal! haven’t had such a friendly stay in a long time! The room was great but a little worn and was not my favorite Aloft layout but that is just my preference when staying with our pets! overall I 110% recommend and will stay again- just falls slightly short of perfect!

We really liked the property. Our first room was next to a very loud barking dog, the staff member quickly changed our room. The second room was great. No noise, very comfortable bed, and great shower. We were unfamiliar with the area, Short Pump, it was very cute and a fun place to stay.
